Things to do while staying in our Luxury Apartments in Edinburgh
Walks
to Enjoy from the apartments . . .
The National Art Gallery, The Royal Scottish Academy and Princes Street Gardens are directly across the road. The gardens occupy a large area of open space carefully tended by the city's garden team, where you can watch the world go by and soak in the panorama of majestic architecture which is Edinburgh . . .
In
the other direction, about a mile away on a frequent bus route, are
the equally beautiful Botanic Gardens. Walk up the hill to Edinburgh
Castle and stroll down the Royal Mile to the New Scottish Parliament at Holyrood.
Visit the fabulous new Queen's Gallery in Holyrood Palace and if the Tattoo is your objective, what joy to wander home on foot after the performance, with 21 Hanover Street just down the hill!
Eating In the Apartment or Eating Out in Edinburgh. . .
Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's
Food Stores are just a few minutes' walk along Rose Street from Hanover Street
and have an abundance of ready-meals to choose from. Starbucks
and Prêt à Manger, a few steps up Hanover Street, will provide you
with delicious croissants and cakes, fabulous fresh salads and
delicious
dark coffee. . .
Henderson's Salad Bar is a very old established Vegetarian Restaurant also on Hanover Street (they will package meals to take home if you wish) and almost next door to the apartments there is an Italian Pizza Restaurant which makes the most delicious pizzas which you can also order for easy eating at home.
If you choose to dine out, there is a whole world of fabulous international cuisine right on your doorstep. There is so much to do while staying at our luxury self catering apartments in Edinburgh City Centre.
